The provider was not only courteous, but she took the time to explain everything clearly in layman’s terms. She was very transparent and honest about the type of medical care and treatment I need based on my recent diagnosis and imaging, which I truly appreciate. No other physician has taken the time to explain things so thoroughly or be so candid with me in the past, and that level of honesty and care meant a great deal to me.
