She's not my regular provider, but she was well-versed on my medical history. She is filling in for a provider on leave and she was very engaging. I certainly wouldn't mind seeing her again if my provider wasn't available.

Yes, I was very happy with my visit with the doctor. However, I did review my chart online and it mentioned certain things that she checked and just to confirm she never palpated my abdomen, which discussed the results of checking my abdomen, which there was no check. Never looked my throat, ears, nose. Usually I would assume that was part of a visit. But I mean, I guess that's okay. It was my annual visit, so I would have expected those things to be done. But she was very kind, very thorough. And overall, it was a very good experience. Your staff is always inviting and welcoming.

The Associate who schedules that appointments is incredibly kind, knowledgeable and efficient. She is always wonderful to work with while setting appointments. And in that same arena, I spoke w/ what I believe was an after-hours operator (the evening before setting my appointment) that was a wonderful Representative as well. I always feel heard and important when I call. Kudos!

The location of the office is too long of a walk for people that are older or have problems getting around. That's the only problem with it when I had sciatica. I thought I was gonna die getting there.

I felt like being a new patient that the staff was very open and friendly and welcoming and that Dr. Deyhle listened very carefully and was open and asked a lot of questions about my medical history and was very helpful.
