If it’s possible to describe a prostate biopsy as eventless and efficient that would be my description for the entire procedure. Kudos to Dr. Gimenez and her team.

She is always running behind if your appointment is at 9:00 am she doesn't get to you until 20 minutes later I think that they are giving her to many people to handle because this happens every time you have an appointment with her I know there are emergencies but every time you have an appointment she is running behind?

Wait time in lobby was over one hour. Dr was very nice to say sorry for being so long. The nursing staff.aides in training don't have nane tags on to ID them.

I appreciate the option to do a video visit, as it is efficient for both of us. Of course, if the need arises, an in-person visit would need to be scheduled. I have not yet had the need to do so.
