I satin the office for better than an hour while others, whose appointment time was after mine, were called in. I had to loudly question what was going on before I was seen. This had not happened before.

Throughout the appointment, I was treated with courtesy and respect. Dr. Gimenez listened carefully to my concerns and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. I especially appreciated that she took the time to provide a written summary of the visit.
