50 years ago I spent 5 years working in urology at this hospital, thus highly knowledgeable of anatomy and jargon. Only new procedures required explanation which was provided at exactly my level of knowledge. All technical questions fully answered.

Poor bedside manners never came to see me after surgery to talk to me sent the PA and the PA could not answer my questions because she was not in the operating room

The physician and their staff were very polite and were understanding of the situation with my kidney stones and previous dealings diagnosed with my primary care provider. I feel they went further to evaluate and explore further necessary treatment in a rapid time frame.
Will definitely pass on this Practice to my friends and neighbors!

I was referred to her by ER Dr so I could see a urologists, impressed with her my first visit, but still do not understand what cause the bleed and she did not know for sure either. I would return to her if needed ,I have not seen her but once

Since it was a zoom appt. I thought it would start on the time allotted. But having to wait on zoom for an extra 15-30 minutes on zoom was annoying.
