Kevin the medical assistant was excellent. Considerate and kind and totally made me feel comfortable. The front desk was very patient with me and made me feel sane. Even though I wasn't going very sane that day. I came a hour early! Dr Ryder had reviewed my records from other doctors (just moved to [ ]) before she met with me. I was impressed. She was also very knowledgeable. I wish she wasn't leaving.

Dr. Ryder was friendly and professional. Her manner put me at ease and I was able to ask the questions I had about my condition. She answered them thoroughly and was reassuring. I felt very good about the appointment.

Bottom line, they didn’t see me in time… they saw me EARLIER than my scheduled appointment… everybody I dealt with (receptionist, RN, and Dr. Ryder) was professional and personable — a rare combination. They definitely earned my 5- star rating.
