Bottom line, they didn’t see me in time… they saw me EARLIER than my scheduled appointment… everybody I dealt with (receptionist, RN, and Dr. Ryder) was professional and personable — a rare combination.
They definitely earned my 5- star rating.

Dr. Ryder's MA, Crystal, was awesome! So friendly and engaging. Very clear that she is good at what she does and that Dr. Ryder is a wonderful person to work with. Dr. Ryder was amazing! It was my first visit with her and I felt at ease, comfortable, and she didn't rush through things. I appreciate her!

Dr. Ryder actually listened to everything I had to say, without interruption, without judgement, and without making me feel like my symptoms weren't serious. I've seen several doctors over the past few months, and having a doctor actually listen, care, and come up with solutions honestly made me emotional.

Dr Ryder was excellent she displayed a calm caring compassionate attitude. Dr Ryder listened to my concerns about [ ] discussed the options and we were able to reach an option which we both found suitable. Dr Ryder had reviewed [ ] entire chart prior to our appointment which gave us confidence and comfort. [ ] previous physician left the practice at an earlier time so we had been assigned to Katie for his yearly visit. Dr Ryder exceded our expectations and we are thrilled to have her as [ ] cardiologist.

The appointment was a follow up for my 96 year old mother. She moved here into Ft Myers from 38 years in Port Charlotte. I have monitored her appointments for many years and NEVER had she received the care and understanding from her previous doctors. Even the experience of the care she received in the Gulf Coast hospital after a [ ] of last year was outstanding!!!! I am so thankful that I moved her here because now she receives top notch care!!!
