I am so glad my Primary Care Dr. Referred me to Lee Health! Dr. Ryder and her staff are wonderful. I am very happy to receive care with her. And Sonia is great. I can see she enjoys her job and cares for the patients. Thank you...I am grateful for all of you. JC

The appointment was a follow up for my 96 year old mother. She moved here into Ft Myers from 38 years in Port Charlotte. I have monitored her appointments for many years and NEVER had she received the care and understanding from her previous doctors. Even the experience of the care she received in the Gulf Coast hospital after a [ ] of last year was outstanding!!!! I am so thankful that I moved her here because now she receives top notch care!!!

The nurse that checked my vitals was exceptional... very Caring, made me feel very relaxed. Dr.Ryder was professional and was concerned in regards to treatment. Thank you, [ ]

1. Dr. Katie, of course. I felt i had her total attention. I have dubbed her "my" cardiologist. As a woman with a family history of [ ], it is so comforting to know i have Dr. Katie to monitor and assist in my future health journey. 2. Sonya. She greeted me and made me feel most welcomed. She is very pleasant, knowledgeable, and had me so at-ease that my b.p. was [ ]! Awesome! 3. Thomas [ ], on the 1st floor. As i was looking at the receptionist, trying to determine whether i should take a number to SCHEDULE an appointment, Thomas cheerfully said from his desk "I can help you!" He was at the cubicle that usually gets the insurance info, etc. I thanked him for his willingness to help. Being a retired [ ], I realized that "every patient is MY patient", and in chatting I found that to be his attitude, also. He has great work ethics - I felt we were kindred souls. 4. I could go on about these 3, but I'm out of space lol.

Everybody was very friendly and helpful. Only downside is follow up appt is 4 months out. My original appointment was for [ ]. I received a call at the beginning of [ ] that I needs to reschedule. My rescheduled day was for [ ]. I have a work conflict for the[ ] and called to reschedule and [ ] was available. 🤷🏻♂️

It was, my very first appointment in meeting my new cardiologist Dr Katie Ryder at Lee Health ~ The Sanctuary. Everyone involved in my appointment was outstanding in regards to displaying excellence in terms of my health -medical care.

My experience was very favorable. Vicki was my first indication that I had selected the perfect Cardiology office. I felt as though I had known Vicki and Dr Ryder for years. They were both excellent, very friendly and demonstrated what it means to be top rate Healthcare professionals.

I called the Dr.’s office concerning [ ] and they made me an appointment right away to see me. Dr. adjusted meds and I feel much better. I appreciated the level of care with no scheduled appointment.

Dr. Ryder exceeded my expectations in every way. She was exceptionally kind and thorough, and she impressed me with her understanding of my medical history. I would recommend her to anyone. I also found the nurse/medical assistant who took my vitals and checked me in to be unusually courteous and kind.
