I would say that Ryanne Johnson is the exception to the rule . She was pleasant, professional, addressed all of my concerns, and I felt as though the visit was worthwhile. Additionally, the RN Elizabeth who was with her was also very pleasant, professional and helpful. Had I not received such poor care while having surgery at UAB I would not have to have had this appt. in the first place but should I have to return to the KC , I would be happy to see NP Ryanne Johnson again.

I have always received excellent care. I have been going there for 11 years and have had 2 surgeries with good results. The doctors and nurses are very polite and seem concerned and answer any questions .
