Dr Townsend and I had an in depth discussion about my current medical needs and how to address them. He prescribed medication to address my current change in my asthma, and scheduled a follow up appointment to review my progress. I appreciate his approach

This was a new appointment for a new doctor, so it was a very good session. He listened and he heard everything that I had to say, and I am following his instructions. No problems at all.

Yeah, your digital system and feedback and this survey are all very difficult and not beneficial. If I didn't like going to see Dr. Townsend, I just wouldn't go to see him anymore. I can't get on the portal because it's digitally difficult and the whole virtual system is at best second rate, really it's third rate. That doesn't mean the medical providers aren't good and the people that help you in person aren't good, but your virtual digital system is less than second rate. It's less than third rate. It's awful. It's worse than Atlanticare.

I have had sleep apnea and restless legs for for 25+ years, and Dr. Townsend is by far one of the best care providers I have had to address these complex issues. I feel heard, I understand options, and am involved in decision making. Would highly recommend him.

It's always a pleasure to come in and see the doctor. But more than that, my wife went to see him the day afterwards and she came home beaming about him. She loved him and my wife never says that about any doctor. So there you go. Thank you.

I was held in the video waiting area for at least 30 minutes before my call began. Because of this delay the system logged me out. When the doctor was ready to take the call, I was unable to connect for several minutes as I didn't know I had been logged out. I feel that this video interface could be improved.

Yes, my experience at the office was excellent and my doctor, I was extremely happy to have met him the last time I met him and then as he followed on and took care of me and told me how I needed to handle my illness, I want to give him all the accolades. Thank you very much.

Everyone met my needs in a timely manner. I had to move up my f/u appt due to a cancer suspicion of a lesion on a PET scan and the staff made it work. So thankful for Dr Townsend and staff.

Starting with the receptionist was a great experience! The office is professional and clean AND I was taken in a for my exam in a timely manner. Dr. Townsend is great! He listened attentively and explained everything throughly, I would definitely recommend him to others! I am actually a referral from my sister and nephew.

First time with Dr Townsend and he knew my medical history. We updated my history, talked about inspire vs continuing CPAP. Readjusted my CPAP machine to level elevation as needed. I remove my mask during the night, not getting more than 4 hours. Ordered a new/updated CPAP machine as current machine is about 8-10 years old. Dr Towsend was very attentive and listened to me and was very helpful. Front desk staff and nurse were very welcoming, attentive and made me feel very comfortable.

They got me appointment asap knowing how sick I was and just out of the hospital..the entire visit was exceptional. The doctor showed compassion and cared about my health issues..the staff was also very kind and caring..definitely keeping this group for my pulmonary care going forward
