It was my first time trying this group, and all members (2 receptionists in front, the intake nurse, the radiology technician, and Ryan Nelson) we all professional, efficient, kind, knowledgeable and proficient. Ryan was able to immediately create a comfortable environment that allowed me to trust him and his team. I think they did great! I also appreciate how the took the extra initiative to determine which facility was covered under my [ ] and coordinated the appointmet for me. Thank you! ~[ ]

Advice for potential treatment took into account my age and home responsibilities. We discussed future treatment options and established a followup time. I feel confident with his care. Delighted that after [ ] my [ ] was so [ ] that I could enjoy playing with my [ ], whose version of fetch is -- i [ ] or ball, he runs to it, but doesnt fetch, just waits for me to [ ] and [ ] again in the other direction. I had not felt like this game with him for several weeks before seeing Dr. Nelson.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Ryan A. Nelson, PA-C, and his entire team. I found this office online and from the very first phone call, I was blown away—the phone staff were so kind and helpful, and the office staff made me feel completely at ease the moment I arrived. The nurses truly came to my rescue and took such good care of me. Dr. Nelson himself was incredibly kind, attentive, and thorough, and he made me feel confident and cared for throughout the entire visit. I didn’t wait long at all, which was such a pleasant surprise, and the whole experience was smooth and stress-free. Honestly, this was one of the best medical experiences I’ve ever had. If you’re looking for an orthopedic provider who goes above and beyond, I can’t recommend Dr. Nelson and his staff enough!
