Very impressed with the operation of this facility. Convenient, same day treatment, all staff SO friendly and nice and knowledgeable. Ryan Nelson was very knowledgeable and compassionate. Skillfully and painlessly performed procedure after explaining what he needed to do. Kept apologizing for waiting time but it really was very acceptable to me after I came as a walk in, waiting room was full of patients and family. Very impressed! This operation reminds me of Bascom Palmer Eye Institute Naples where I’ve had treatments. Smooth operation, everyone knows what to do next and especially all seem to be enjoying their jobs treating you. Thanks so much!

I am a retired Urologist, who has a very complicated history. PA Nelson is the first individual who utilized [ ] to aspirate my [ ]. I have undergone at least [ ]. His was the most accurate and the least [ ] in seven years. He was quite knowledgeable, spent substantial time with me, and listened carefully to my history and reviewed the extensive notes I provided him.

I am Happy that there was an orthopedic urgent care. I called 5 different orthopedic offices to get follow up for a [ ] I had outside of the country and didn’t get a single call back, so this walk-in clinic worked great. I got someone to look at my [ ], give me a referral for therapy, and take a follow up [ ].. Ryan also helped me get a follow up with a [ ].

This was our first visit to HSS. We were very happy with the treatment my wife received. The doctor was very nice and efficient. He was able to explain what was needed to solve her problem. Would be happy to use them in the future. They live up to their reputation.

Every moment of my caree was outstanding. This is a walk-in clinic. I arrived a little after 3, and the receptionist apologized that the earliest appt was not until 4:15. The ortho NOW clinic is a great place. I recommended it on Thursday morning to a friend who attended that day.

Everything was a pleasure coming for a visit only draw back could not make an appointment to see [ ] only walk-ins waited 1 1/2 hrs. This my 3rd visit with [ ] for [ ]. He makes you feel very comfortable explaining [ ] to an 88 yr old patient he has lots of patience.
