CMA Samantha should learn to speak to people (patients and coworkers) in a polite and respectful manner. If there are questions about how to fill out paperwork she should be asking dr Pizinger or asking the patient, not leaving vital questions blank. This is making patient to return paperwork or send several messages to get it completed. Poor attitude in messages and on phone is uncalled for and needs to take HIPAA seriously.

He's very nice and explains things so I can understand it.He listens to what I say and think. He an and his team rebuilt my whole shoulder and arm so I'm able to use it .I'm very grateful!!!!

He was clearly overbooked and didn’t appreciate my asking him if he had enough pediatric experience to feel confident in operating on my 12 year old. I ended up feeling like I had to apologize for asking questions about his surgical pediatric knowledge. He was quite pompous and didn’t seem to have enough time for us.

His rate of speech has calmed down considerably since he's been coming to see patients in Ripon, which is very helpful to patients like me who are used to hearing calm, deliberate speech.
