CMA Samantha should learn to speak to people (patients and coworkers) in a polite and respectful manner. If there are questions about how to fill out paperwork she should be asking dr Pizinger or asking the patient, not leaving vital questions blank. This is making patient to return paperwork or send several messages to get it completed. Poor attitude in messages and on phone is uncalled for and needs to take HIPAA seriously.
