Very personable and. sincerely interested in making sure he had my sinus infection was eliminated permanently after years of a problem.

I explained the sensitivities I have for my nose, and he took that into consideration and liked that fact. He treated me with respect and took into consideration how I felt regarding working on my nose.

I drive all the way from Grandview or Olathe to see Dr Neff. I cannot say enough good things about him. He is skilled, professional, and his bedside manner is second to none. I am eternally grateful to Dr Neff and his crew for restoring my hearing and improving my quality of life.

Loved Dr Neff. He asked questions, verified info, and agreed to communicate with my primary. He was very pleasant and polite and yet to the point. His manner was exactly what I look for in a doctor. It was a good experience.

The provider and the entire team went above and beyond in helping me. Everyone treated me with kindness, not as a problem, and even did the heavy lifting and legwork in correcting my referrals and aligning my follow up care. I am very fortunate that I have had the privilege to be seen by this wonderful and kind team. Thank you to everyone!
