The only thing I thought was confusing was the time frame for the telephone visit, it changed. I couldn’t take a phone call visit in the middle of my work day. I just rescheduled,…. I need to determine the date and time for appointments, assuming & assigning me won’t work (for me) anyways

It was all good. I didn't wait too long in the waiting area. Nurse was courtious and efficient. First time I met Dr. Ryan. She was pleasant, thorough, and provided a solution that ended up working.
