My appointment was with an otolaryngologist, who immediately diagnosed my issue and asked the audiologist to fit me in for an unscheduled hearing test. She did so, which enabled the otolaryngologist to adjust my hearing aids.

Colleen was respectful of my time (didn't repeat unnecessary parts of the test), cognizant of my last visit as though it just happened and generous with sharing the specifics and answering questions about the differences between testing pre- and post-surgery appointments.

My provider was excellent. A great bedside manner and communication style. Friendly and professional, and clearly very knowledgeable. My provider was familiar with my history and listened to my questions and addressed them fully.

She was very friendly and respectful. Explained what she was doing and why. Then explained the results. When she found out that I was not seeing [staff] that day, she arranged for [staff] to see me .
