What else would you like to say about your experience?
I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Rutledge. From the moment you walk in, she makes you feel comfortable, heard, and respected. She is incredibly kind and compassionate, and she takes the time to listen instead of rushing through appointments. I always leave feeling like my concerns mattered and that I was part of the conversation about my care. Her warm, personable approach makes l a difference, and I honestly wish more doctors were like her. I’m so grateful to have someone who combines expertise with genuine care for her patients.

What else would you like to say about your experience?
I really appreciated Dr. Rutledge listening and hearing what I was saying. Also, her suggestions, the medical expertise in her suggestions and her comments. And even the support staff were all excellent.

Dr Rutledge was exceptional. She answered each question of mine and my mom. She even showed us a diagram and pointed out where the problem was.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
This was my first visit with Dr. Rutledge and felt more "heard" in that appointment than I have in my whole 52 years of going to the doctor. So much so that my adult daughter will also be changing to Dr. Rutledge. Women need more doctors like Dr. Rutledge.

Nothing. It was seamless and perfect.

Everyone was extraordinary. Dr. Rutledge always listening to my concerns and answering my questions with extreme grace, kindness, and care; Overall I felt safe and received excellent care.

A note saying my glucose test was being done that day. My MA and Dr Rutledge were both quick to address the situation and get it resolved.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr Rutledge has consistently provided me with excellent care in the 8 years I’ve been going to her. She delivered my baby this year and showed so much genuine care and concern for me and my child’s well being through pregnancy and postpartum. When there were complications she not only cared about our physical well being but my mental well being and her and her staff advocated and assisted me with insurance claims for me to have access to the care and resources I needed. I feel like she’s always heard me when I bring up concerns. Even when she disagrees with me she still makes me feel heard and encourages me to explain why I may disagree with her. She and her staff are always respectful and pleasant. We all have bad days but their professional attitudes always prevail.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Can’t think of anything. They even have complementary books to read in some of the exam rooms and in the waiting room. Fabulous!
