I’ve had a great experience with Dr. Rutkowski and the entire office staff. From the moment I walked in, everyone was welcoming, professional, and kind. The front desk made check-in smooth and efficient, and the medical assistants were attentive and caring throughout my visit. Dr. Rutkowski took the time to listen to my concerns, explain everything clearly, and make sure I understood my options. I never felt rushed, and I truly felt cared for as a patient. It’s rare to find a doctor and team who combine such a high level of professionalism with genuine compassion. Highly recommend this office to anyone looking for excellent orthopedic care and a positive, comfortable experience!

I was as impressed when the dr called me personally to come in to make sure my wrist/hand were completely healed. He didn’t just take me so far then release me. He followed my case till he knew It was completely healed & I was doing well. Very good dr.

Was seen on time, given results of x-ray taken at ER in Somerset, Ohio and put in cast with follow up appointment made already. Information for care given and were in and out in a timely manner.

Everything was very good. It was only my first appointment with Dr. Rutkowski and it only lasted about 10 minutes, which was plenty of time to address my issues and receive advice about my condition from the doctor.

Dr. Rutkowski was very attentive to my needs. He explained the options for treatment throughly, in a manner that my wife and I could understand. He made sure he answered all of our questions and kept asking if we had any more questions. I am very happy with the treatment I received from not only him but the nurses and staff as well. I will not hesitate to see him again or recommend him for any future Orthopedic needs in the future.

Dr Rutkowski probably was the first Dr I have ever seen by to really ask many questions and ordered pre testing to make sure all concerns were addressed.

Dr.Rutkowski is absolutely amazing! We loved how he took the time to learn information about your previous health history! He also asked questions about what you do for a living, etc! We absolutely would go back (which he is doing my procedure) and would recommend to anyone!

Dr Rutowski & Nikki are very good at the careers. Kind, compassionate, understanding, easy to explain things to & receive information. Great staff. I personally would request him & staff if I ever needed to have an injury.
