Yes, my son recently passed away. As I'm sharing this information with Dr. Skinner, she was immediately sympathetic. Offering me and my son her condolences. It was a very touching thing to do.

My first experience with Ruth Skinner was absolutely terrible. She held her hand up and said no to me before I could finish my question. This second visit she was very attentive. She let me ask a lot of questions. If this were my first experience with Ruth then I would have given here a 9/10.

Ruth is very professional. She has an excellent bed-side manner. She listens to my concerns. She is very through with making sure she orders tests, changes scripts if necessary. She is comfortable to talk to. She explains everything throughly and in a manner I can understand.

I am very happy that you allow me to utilize virtual visits. I live about 170 miles from Reno and am 87 years old. A trip to Reno and back home takes a toll on me. Again, grateful and thankful for virtual appointments when applicable.

Ruth Skinner has a way with people. I despise being talked down to, treated like an imbecile. Ruth talks straight to you, and listens, then thinks before saying anything. She is a huge credit to Renown, and along with her awesome personnel, has given me some trust in the Medical profession again.
