Although there was a full waiting room, Dr. Tessema took her time to listen to my progress and my concerns. I was a new patient for her because [staff] moved away. She was professional and knowledgeable.exactly what I would expect from Johns Hopkins' providers. I left feeling positive about my care.

I left it with Dr. Tessema that I would delay treatment until after my wife's surgery - i.e., 6 months so we set an appointment for then. Several days later I decided to pursue surgery

Dr Tessema continues to rank among the best doctors I have ever encountered. Her genuine concern and respect is tangible. At the age of 75 and veteran of many medical adventures Dr Tessema provides care deserving of a gold medal.
