Appointments proceed on schedule. The office is conveniently located on the second floor of Baptist Hospital: easy to find, ample parking, relaxing gardens and safe, attractive setting. Spacious, clean, comfortable waiting rooms (although I've never had to wait for long).
While I am waiting in the small treatment room I like using the big touchscreen to learn more about medical issues that might affect my heart health. This makes me feel more in charge of my health.
The doctor who treats me works to get to know me, which improves communication. The treatment guidance seems attentive and thorough, yet not overdone. The doctor seems happy to answer all my questions and explain the rationale behind tests.
Overall my visits to this practice have been very positive.
