Greatly appreciated the time that Dr. Rush gave me during this new patient visit. She listened to my concerns and gave some thoughtful recommendations and options to the questions/issues I presented. She was very kind, caring and I appreciated that I didn't feel rushed and took the time to really talk about my health concerns.

Provider was quite thorough in questioning but not in the exam. Said no abdominal palpation because blood work did not show a problem. No balance, reflexes, muscle strength or MOCA was performed on a 77 yo patient.

Dr. Rush is a great doctor and she really takes the time to listen. However, trinity health needs to give her more time with patients and maybe not Mae her patient load so much so this can happen. Whenever I have an afternoon appointment it usually is late by up to 20 mins. Again not the doctors fault but scheduling
