Everyone is always extraordinary. I'm greeted promptly upon arrival and doesn't have to wait more than 5 minutes to be checked in. Nurse recognizes me and Dr Rugen is always engaging, listens and makes sure you understand her Healthcare directions.

The entire staff is excellent especially Dr. Rugen.. Dr. Rugen went over some previous test results with me to explain and ordered new test for my routine visit. I truly feel more comfortable with her explanations and my healthcare. I trust Dr. Rugen and staff, ALWAYS!!

Always appreciate Dr.Rugen for her quick response. She always answers my questions and I always feel better after I see her from the meds she prescribed for me, exercises she suggested for me and for always fitting me in even at the last minute. Yvonne is very nice as well. She’s always pleasant.
