Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Everyone is always extraordinary. I'm greeted promptly upon arrival and doesn't have to wait more than 5 minutes to be checked in. Nurse recognizes me and Dr Rugen is always engaging, listens and makes sure you understand her Healthcare directions.

Yes the doctor, she was positive and friendly.she welcomed me and was very sweet and kind. You can tell she love what she does.

The entire staff is excellent especially Dr. Rugen.. Dr. Rugen went over some previous test results with me to explain and ordered new test for my routine visit. I truly feel more comfortable with her explanations and my healthcare. I trust Dr. Rugen and staff, ALWAYS!!

You can’t improve EXCELLENCE, always the same or better…

Always appreciate Dr.Rugen for her quick response. She always answers my questions and I always feel better after I see her from the meds she prescribed for me, exercises she suggested for me and for always fitting me in even at the last minute. Yvonne is very nice as well. She’s always pleasant.

Everyone I came in contact with was very good to excellence.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
She did a good to excellent job but I felt like I needed a more intense discussion about all the pills I’m taking. Don’t get me wrong I have the upmost respect for my Doctor I’ve been going to Dr Rugen for years. I’m not trying to bash her at all.
