Dr. Roganis the best doctor ever she listens she advise me and she tells me what she thinks I need and will need on you about not doing the things to take care of yourself that she tells you she’s the greatest

I appreciate how promptly Dr. Rugen responds to a message on My Chart or a phone inquiry, and on the few occasions that I urgently need to be seen, she quickly works me in her schedule within a day or two. Not all doctors do that.

Dr. Rugen and her nurse always make me feel very comfortable with sharing my health issues with both of them. They always make sure that my shots are updated. I feel my health is in the best hands. I greatly appreciate the service provided to me. I feel very safe when visiting the office.

Dr.Rugen always makes me feel better and relieved. If I come in worried about my health, she explains things to me that really make me feel better. She always responds to my messages when I send them. I’m so happy that Dr. Rugen is my doctor.

Dr Rugen has been my primary care doctor for over a decade. I am always pleased with the service and care she and her LPN provide. If I have lab work done, I get a follow up phone call over 98% of the time the same day even if I go in after 2PM. If I ask a clarifying question in My Chart, Dr, Rugen gets back to me in an urgent manner addressing my concern or even calling in a prescription.

Great improvement this visit. Doctor was more personable, listened, and showed real concern over my recent issues. The long wait was not her fault but the previous patient seemed to take added time. The substitute nurse came in to apologize and so did the doctor when she came in.
