Dr Zak looked at my xrays the night before my appointment and he booked my surgery time for the next week. He was pro active. He listens, is very neat and clean and explains with hand drawn diagrams. I also liked the resident who was with him. He was so gentle wrapping an angry ankle.

Everyone there was fantastic. He listened to every word I said, didn't speak over the top of me, didn't interrupt me, didn't try and child explain it to her or even sugarcoat it. Also didn't even touch the area because it wasn't necessary due to seeing it on the x-rays. It was already broken. 10 out of 10, fantastic. Bedside manner, listened to me, everything perfect. Really good. Thank you so much.

This location and all the people I was able to interact with were very caring and courteous. They were also quick. I was out of there within 30 mins and never once felt rushed or that my issue didn't matter. I would most certainly go back to the Ortho Express in Moorestown as I had a great experience.

The entire staff was 10/10. The front desk receptionist was so welcoming and really nice. Doctor and staff put us at ease from the time we were in reception to discharge. Great experience!

I had a very great experience coming to Virtua Reconstructive Oda Pedic. From the desk to the nurse to the doctor, everyone was so polite. They treated me with kindness, with respect. They showed me that I was valued and that made me feel so good and so welcome. And I will recommend Virtua anytime. for anyone who's seeking professional, a professional doctor, definitely go to Virtua Hospital.

Dr. Rudolf Zak was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, very helpful, considerate, compassionate, attentive, thoughtful, kind and pleasant. Dr. Zak made me feel like my care and health was just as important to him as it is to me. He was very patience and he listen to everything I had to say. I would definitely recommend him to all my family and friends. Thanks Dr. Zak for making me feel at ease and comfortable in your office as a new patient. When I made the appointment, I didn't know what to expect, but after talking to you; it made all the difference in the world. Again I say thank you for all your kindness and support.

It was very difficult to get through on the telephone to make an appointment. I had to get in my vehicle and go in person to schedule my appointment, which I did because Dr. Zak is an excellent physician. I would recommend him without hesitation to anyone.

Time with dr was very brief. Staff listened to my concern regarding the ankle brace- but had no alternative solution, ordering from amazon might be best practice these days- it's not their fault costs are high.

He walked into the room, he introduced himself, told me what was wrong with my foot, and said, see you in four weeks. Walked right back out the door. Needs to have more communication.

Everyone was great. The x-ray techs were great. Dr. Zak was great. The resident who was in the room was really fine. Just waiting to hear back about a question I, an after visit question I had from Dr. Zak, but he was great. He was very nice. Everyone was very nice.

This appointment was not scheduled with the appropriate provider. I was referred to podiatry and was scheduled with orthopedics. The provider was awesome but recommended same exact care and referral the Emergency Attending recommended! I had the same consult while inpatient. Wasted my time and $40 copay. I'm not sure if my follow is scheduled with podiatrist looks like it's the same department.

The experience at Virtua was pleasantly easy and straightforward. Comparing my experience at Virtua to previous treatments at Rothman and Jefferson, Virtua was head and shoulders above the others.

Doctor recommend that I see a someone else I keep calling to make appointment cant get appointment because they keep staying the referral is not active or not complete I wish there is some way I can call the doctor office directly who ordered the test

Dr. Zak listened to me as to what my complaints were about my feet and I think we're on the right path to resolving the issues with my feet with some medication and from there he will evaluate me again. That's a good thing to see how things are coming along. Thank you.

DPM was matter of fact about discussing xrays. Informed me of condition of my foot and what needed to be done surgically. When I asked about any brochures explaining the necessary procedure I was informed " we don't have any". I asked to write down name of procedure recommended. I researched online and found much more negative information regarding the surgery and recovery. The questions I did ask were answered by Dr. Zak but not much information offered otherwise. I was offered orthotic shoe inserts that did not seem to help with unbalance I feel. I do not have pain in my foot and my main concern is loss of arch and the unbalance/unsteadiness. I noted online info stated post triple arthrodesis I would continue to have unsteadiness and fusion of joints would hamper activity with swelling possibly lasting up to a year.

I just wish that like he ordered an ankle brace for me because my knee's getting weak because it's breaking down with arthritis. I just wish he would have gave me an inner depth of like what is going to happen in like five years from now or maybe even next year from now. Like am I going to have to go out of work because I'm on my feet a lot and like I was trying to get around to asking that stuff, but he kind of wouldn't really partake in it. So that's one thing that upset me.
