What could have been done to improve your experience?
I asked the doctor about possible causes of symptoms based on the CT results I received and research I had done. He didn't brush me off, but didn't go into great explanation. I would have liked more discussion on the topic but it seemed he was busy and needed to get to the next patient.

Dr. Rudman and staff are always extraordinary. I can't express enough as to how welcoming they are. They all keep big beautiful smiles on their faces and the courtesy goes with it. Dr. Rudman is a doctor that just knows his business. He explains everything and is super gentle with any procedure. I'm blessed to have this office as a team.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr. Rudman was outstanding at listening and being very gentle while doing a biopsy procedure. He also reassured/comforted me that the lump on my ear was something we would handle. Dr. Rudman's quiet, respectful and encouraging demeanor helped put my mind and heart at ease.

Everything from the time I met Dr. Rudman until my follow up visit in his office was nothing less than sensational. Dr. Rudman was very kind, patient and understanding and took plenty of time to explain my condition and follow up instructions. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of an ENT. His assistant and other office staff were extremely efficient, friendly and courteous.

Dr. Rudman was professional, efficient, kind, caring, and very gentle with my special needs son and myself. He is excellent in his skill set but also incredibly kind and human. I highly recommend him to anyone to be a patient.
