Dr. Rudman couldn't have been more informed, more helpful, so knowledgeable. He was terrific, and his advice was spot on. I'm glad I took his advice. He was wonderful. I'm so glad he is my doctor.

It was very nice that I was actually able to speak with the doctor after he did the test and explain to me exactly what’s going on and that I really didn’t have anything to worry about.

Dr. Rudamn came in, quickly assessed my situation, explained a couple alternatives to me, and then proceeded to do the one that he recommended right then and there. Inside of two or three minutes, my hearing was back to normal, and I was very, very happy with his treatment. Thank you.

It was a great pleasure to see Dr.Rudman after having a less than professional experience with another ENT group. Dr. Rudman was highly knowledgeable and very helpful in discussing my condition with me. I truly appreciated his kindness.

The doctor explained the procedure very clearly before the actual procedure was experienced, which was very appreciated. He also had excellent people skills, a slow approach, soft voice, conversational...which is not something all doctors possess.

Dr. Redman is one of the kindest, most efficient, personable, knowledgeable physicians that we have ever gone to. We certainly will return if there are any further problems and I have already recommended him to two or three of our friends. He's an all-star. Thank you.

i really enjoyed the staff as well as Dr. Rudman. Staff and Dr. Rudman were warm, welcoming people. Dr. Rudman has a great "bedside" manner. He explains everything clearly, with clear directions on treatment and possible follow-up. I told them how much I appreciated them. It was an extremely positive experience.

You all were very personable, especially the audiologist and the doctor, and I was very pleased that Dr. Redman knew my doctor.

I asked the doctor about possible causes of symptoms based on the CT results I received and research I had done. He didn't brush me off, but didn't go into great explanation. I would have liked more discussion on the topic but it seemed he was busy and needed to get to the next patient.
