The office personel, the nurses, and the doctor were very professional,yet, heartwarmingly concerned.

I had a 12:15 PM appointment - Sat in office waiting for Dr for 35 minutes before anyone came in and let me know she was not there and on her way. Staff needs to be better at informing patients. Very disappointed to the point I left office and then they call me on my cell phone. I did get seen but had to return (same day) and then met with Dr. 12:15 appt and I was there until about 1:20 NOT Good
