You have a nice new facility, and I've been involved with Hackensack Meridian through extensive care and operations. And I have to say, very disappointed. I had to wait way over an hour and a half. No one informed me of anything. So basically, I'm in the waiting room twiddling my thumbs. And I wasn't very impressed with the bedside manner of this doctor, although I've dealt with her once before. but not feeling like I'm not coming back, bottom line, not to that doctor.

Yes, I like Dr. Collins. She's very pleasant. She explains everything. However, the commute to get there was a problem for me. But overall, she's a good doctor.
