Melissa embodies that rare blending of medical science, art, compassion, attention to the less tangible details of body language, tone of voice, and what is NOT being said as well as what IS being said....rare qualities that cannot be trained , but are innate in a very high quality clinician.

Unfortunately, it is a sign of our times, but she had to be in front of a computer most of the time. But when she spoke with me she gave it her full attention and was actively listening. I have few complaints and I enjoyed her recommendations. She treated me as a person and with compassion. I look forward to seeing her again in 6 months.

She seemed like she had her mind made up that I was a healthy patient and therefore would not require further care, despite me having a presenting issue with documentation. While she was very friendly, I felt my health care was minimized, and I left wondering what the appointment even was.

I have anxiety and used to be terrified to go to the doctor. Melissa is the best provider I have ever had. I have referred quite a few new patients to her and everyone is happy because she listens, she makes you feel comfortable. She does her job extremely well. More providers should be like her.
