Melissa is extremely courteous and actually listens to what i have to say. Excellent bedside manner. It's very hard for me to get comfortable with a new physician, but she made it easy. Thank you Melissa.

Mellissa was excellent in listening and suggesting that I do my pre-op ekg and blood pressure there rather than go to Muskegon, which I thought was helpful and kind.
