I am not impressed easily and yet I was not only impressed by Dr. Ross's knowledge that he shared with me , but also , the manner in which he encouraged me in my decision-making and let me know that his team of Medical providers were here, should I have any further questions. I appreciated his patience also.

I came with a necessary, MRI and x-ray, so the process was very quick and looked at it agreed that surgery would be appropriate when we schedule it. I would like to have done the surgery faster instead of having to wait four weeks, but that was the earliest they couldn’t do it.

What a great Dr and staff. I very much appreciate him listening closely to what I have to say, and my opinion and his guidance and his understanding of my fears and he and his staff being very kind and friendly and not having to wait for hours in the waiting room. The whole staff at this whole place is just been amazing. I would highly recommend and if I ever need to come back, this is my place to come.

I did have questions about my surgery and post-surgical outcome. Dr Wodicka and his surgical assistant and all my questions and explained the process. Prior to meeting Dr. Wodicka for the first time, I crossed paths with him in the hallway. He greeted me and was very pleasant. I was impressed with him just for being a polite individual.

The wait was a little disturbing.....arrived at 9:45 for a 10 am appointment. Taken to observation room at 9:55--waited 25 minutes for a person to come in. Basically my only complaint, but maybe an asoociate could have come in during that time to advise of the Dr.'s delay.
