Lauren Ross was excellent. She showed a caring, attentive approach to my medical issues. She is very thorough, professional and deals with a patient in a relaxed, confident manner. Lauren is very easy to talk to and listens to her patient.

This is how I wish all doctors treated their patients. She listens to your problems and gives you good advice.. she provides you with the names of doctors who specialize with your problems. After you make an appointment with the other doctor she sends them your information so don’t have to waste time asking for the same information.

This was a pre-op examination (for a hip replacement). I had asked Ms. Ross to ensure that her findings and recommendations were promptly forwarded to the Orthopedic Surgeon's offices and they were.
