Everyone we've had contact in this practise is very professional, polite, patient, and caring. We were a bit upset about the parking situation under construction? Although the construction had only recently started it would have been better if someone had called to inform us. It all worked out in the end, but was upsetting. The fact that everyone is so accomodating here, made the matter disappear. Ty. Carry on with your excellant care, you are fortunate to have Kate on your staff, shes the best. Ty again.
