I can’t say enough good things about this doctor and very sorry to be losing him. I have never had a bad experience with him. He has always been there when I needed him. We need more doctors like him.

Again Dr Rosenberg is the best always addressing all issues. I have never felt rushed or not heard. His leaving is going to be a big loss to all of Torrington and I am extremely saddened about this. I wish him the best
