The front desk needs to be on same page... I've had same insurance forever and they held me up for over 15 calling to make sure It was still good... why wasn't my insurance information in the system. I had just seen them months prior.

I did not get answers. I started with Dr [REDACTED] and could not get an appt with him so I settled for his NP. She was only interested in my sugar testing that I did. She said I didn't have a sugar problem. It was a carb problem.

From the moment I stepped up to the desk, everyone from the reception desk (who is a lovely person) to Rosemary Miller to the Check out desk, were lovely, went out of their way to provide me with top notch care. This was my first visit as I just changed to this practice & I was very pleased. I felt I made the right decision.

All the handicapped spots were taken. It was difficult getting to the office and back to the car. Maybe more places to sit as we travel. The elevator. When you walk in pain that elevator is very far from the front door. I liked the old place better, easier access, but I will say the new place is lovely... once you get there

We (my wife and I) found this visit from changing to a new location and meeting a new care provider, Rosemary Miller, very pleasant. New location at the Virtua building was easy to find and we were greeted and directed by a very friendly and informative attendant on the main floor to your office. The employees and care provider were courteous and kind and from check-in to check-out was smooth and efficient. Not a stressful experience at all.

Well, the scheduling was really, really bad in trying to get an appointment with Dr. Miller. She was awesome, listened to my concerns, and offered solutions on how I could do better and get better results. So, Dr. Miller was pretty awesome. Thank you.

I went to see Dorothy to see about getting additional medication because my glucose was running high. Instead she lowered my insulin long, acting and short acting insulin. Now my numbers are running even higher. I was not happy with the visit.
