Everybody was good, but I have one problem. They are supposed to get ingestion like insulin and then they send me to the pharmacy. I've been calling and calling and calling. The pharmacy said they had to do authorization for me to get the medicine. Up to now, I did not get it yet. So that's what I'm concerned about. So they need to improve that session. The pharmacy calling and nobody responds and all that. And that's not cool. So I want them to improve that. I still didn't get my medicine up to now. I don't know what's going on. So can somebody call me and let me know what's going on? All right. Bye.

Rosemary is so smart, down to earth, and easy to talk with about our medical past and present. She helped to fine-tune our diabetic and overall health with adjusting our medications and suggesting to add or substitute food or snack changes for better health. We're so glad to have her watching over us and our health.

My Rxs were sent to the wrong pharmacy. I do not like that it's the same co pay whether I see the physician or the NP. That makes no sense. Parking at Young Ave is terrible!

The front desk needs to be on same page... I've had same insurance forever and they held me up for over 15 calling to make sure It was still good... why wasn't my insurance information in the system. I had just seen them months prior.
