Everything is wonderful except my time with the doctor. He's rushed, says he has too many patients. As time is with his computer more than asking me questions or listening to me.

A nice guy came from the front and ask me a ? Mai help you with something? I replied Iyes, I need help with my phone getting my zelle account hook to my phone. Then with no hesitation he done this task for me and we thought dedicated senior care staff was only about appointment. Yes but I witnessed with a smile yall go several steps further. He makes my day everything I come. God bless yall for hiring this man.

The care from the staff at the front desk, Dr. Melton herself is so attentive and caring and also her nurse Chris is one of the best nurses I have ever had. I like the Uber option. Also, you can always get to see the doctor if you have a way to get there Overall, they are the very best in the healthcare field

I am grateful that I can get a Lyft drive to the Senior Medical place. I also go to see my brother at a Nursing home (as often as I can). I go to a Senior place on Beechmont to meet other Seniors and have lunch. I just wish the Senior Medical Center was closer to my house, so I could drive there and it wouldn’t take up most of the day.

You are greeted as you walk in, all the staff is friendly. Dr Whalen is has excellent manners and take the time with you. You are walked back to the waiting room. They have healthy snacks for us
