Doctor Fair, replies to her messages on the portal,faster than anyone else. I am very comfortable with her explanation of my treatment,she makes you feel involved.

Dr. Rose Mary Fair-Covely is very patient she listens closely to my concerns, take the time out to address my concern about my health and I really I really comfortable in her care and she earns A plus I really feel comfortable with her because she's looking out for my best interest to make sure I'm good. I've been seeing Dr Fair for a while and I think she's wonderful! She always listens to me and my concerns and when I reach out to her on my chart she always gets back to me! There needs to be more doctors like her because she actually cares! The staff is always friendly and the offices very clean!

It was a uninformative visit. The Dr wanted blood tests before giving me any information. I should have got the blood test before my appointment. At check out I was told there was no need for another appointment. I was told Dr Fair would call me. I have heard nothing from her. Very disappointed with my appointment and care to resolve my adrenal insufficiency. Which is a critical condition if you go into crisis. I'm an RN and am dissatisfied with my appointment. The staff was very polite and kind!

What the doctor did very well was to check all of my records. There was two options as to why I was there to see her and the scheduler had not told her which. And she researched each carefully before making a decision. I was very, very happy with the service. Thank you.

I was very pleased with my experience with Dr.Rose Mary Fair-Covely. She was extremely friendly and was easy to talk to. Definitely will be going there going forward. Best experience I had with an endocrinologist.

Dr. Fair Covely is an excellent doctor. She listens, she is smart. Dr. Fair treats you as an individual, she knows my medical history. The doctor talked to me about my diabetic progress, reviewed my blood work with me , took my numbers from my wearable CGM. She actually cares about my condition and tries to keep me focused on what diabetics need to do .

I feel like she dismissed my issues. She was not willing to listen very well, and made assumptions. I felt very uncomfortable as a patient and also an employee here at Virtua.

Dr. Rosemary treated me excellent. She knew my history. She offered many suggestions on how to keep my numbers under control. She's an excellent doctor. The staff was fine. Everyone was polite, courteous, and sympathetic. Very happy with my care there.

Other than the fact that it took a real long time to get an appointment, the service was great and I would definitely see her again. The staff was excellent. No issues there whatsoever. She gave me everything I needed. It was just how long I had to wait to get an appointment. Thank you so much.

I am so glad Dr. Fair has been treating me for my thyroid issues. She is very aware of my issues and works with me to find the best treatment. If I send a question thru MyChart she always responds quickly.

Not only her, but her entire staff are very accommodating, answered all my questions, and I feel very confident having her as my endocrinologist and hope that she'll take care of me for many years to come. I would recommend her to everyone I know, and happy holidays.

The entire staff was so welcoming that it felt less like a doctor visit and more like talking to people who know you well, and we're glad that you stopped by. Doctor visits can be very stressful, but the way the staff has mastered the art of being personable, takes a lot of the stress out. I didn't feel like I was just a chart, but a person who needed care and attention. This is exactly what I received.
