Doug and his nurse are always awesome! Wouldn’t change to someone else for anything! I’d Doug ever leaves I will follow him!

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
This was my first time to see Doug Rose. He was exceptionally kind, polite, a good listener and very knowledgeable about my problem and how to help me. It could have not been a more pleasant experience. The main thing being that the next day my blood pressure readings were better after having seen him for elevated readings.

Doug Rose is, by far, the best doctor I’ve ever had. I feel confident in his knowledge .. and his personality is beyond compare. His nurse is a lovely person as well.

Dr. Rose has always been very enthusiastic and very attentive to the patient's needs. He gives great advice and extremely helpful. He makes you feel like you've know him your whole life!

Doug Rose is so professional while assessing my concerns. He takes the time to REALLY LISTEN to his patients. I trust his judgements and know that he has the best interest in my health.

Doug, is always excellent! He is the best no matter if it’s just a well check or if you have emergency! He always orders all the tests to get to the bottom of what’s going on!

Nothing! I love the online/ FaceTime appointments makes it easy to accommodate your needs, form having an elderly parent and not wanting to bring them to hospital around germs to a full time employed person!!

Doug is absolutely amazing ! The amount of caring in the man is unsurpassed. He goes above and beyond to take ultimate care in every medical situation. I am blessed to be one of his patients.

Doug is always incredible with his patients. He listens to your concerns, and talks through them with you. He always takes his time with me so I don’t feel like I’m a burden and he is always on top of things regarding my health.

I always so appreciate the way Doug listens to me, and empathizes. He is very wise, and gives me all the information I need to help us make a decision together. I feel like I have an advocate for my health and wellbeing when I talk to him!

I waited over an hour to see the NP. Then the appointment was rushed bc it was closing time.

I am not one to throw around the word "extraordinary" by any means, however Doug Rose is just that. He is prompt, he is courteous, an excellent listener, and has made me feel heard and seen from our very first visit. I will not see anyone else for as long as he practices and when he is ready to stop I will go to whomever he recommends. Doug is a 10/10 asset and a 10/10 person. I always refer my friends and family to him and will continue to do so.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
I would suggest cloning Doug but there are probably some ethical delimmas to be unpacked there. If you want to continue to get these sorts of reviews then I suggest you continue to employ and enrich the lives of any "Doug's" in your staff. Provide them the same experience he has provided me: heard, seen and respected. Doug deserves the best because he is the best. Get more Doug's.

Dr Rose always goes out of his way to help me. I asked him to Document some problems I was having and he knew what ask and give me solution I needed. He is a professional and knows about drugs. I would recommend him to my friends.

Doug Rose was accurate in his assessment in an atypical case of tick bite. His availability to talk me thru my self care options allowed us to salvage our impending trip. He knows me well and that makes it all so much easier. Thank you Doug!
