Douglas Rosen listens very well, describes why prescribing and what to expect from meds. He's a real asset to Parkland in my opinion .

All staff are friendly and courteous. I particularly appreciate Doug. He takes his time and listens. He asks the right questions. He is not entering data on the computer for most of the visit but summarizes at the end of the visit. He is knowledgeable about my specific health concerns. I feel comfortable that he will be helpful if I need him in an emergency.

Nurse practitioner, Doug Rose has special qualities as in people skills, patience, and understanding as your trying to explain why you came in and your concern. Doug Rose will answer your question and concerns in a way you can feel comfortable after your visit of understanding of what is illing you, what’s going on that makes you feel sucky, how a bug works, and steps to make you better and going again.
