My time spend with Dr. Rop and his staff is very important to me. They are very professional and answer all of my questions.

Complete night and day difference between this visit and the urgent care downstairs. He was able to diagnose my condition immediately as opposed to the NP downstairs who just wanted me gone. That said the majority of the time I was there was spent waiting.

I've mention this before, Dr. Rop should be in charge of people. He's very concerned about me and question me about issue I could possibly have. even laughed at one of my jokes. too bad Trinity Health Hospital can't follow in his foot steps, oh, yea, your under staff because everybody is quitting
