He never seems rushed. My questions are always answered. Sometimes our visits are short, sometimes longer, just depends on how many questions or concerns I have.

I've always appreciated being treated like an equal and not a lesser person to Dr. Rop. He's professional, but he's patient in that he listens to every question I have, and I usually have more than a few. He never gives me a bland answer like, "It's ok. Nothing to worry about." but takes the time to explain WHY it's ok and there's nothing to worry about. He will explain the parameters of tests that might be a little out and at what point the medical profession starts to take a more serious look at something.
