Very surprised she Remembered who I was with this being only my 2nd visit seeing her in over a year ment a lot to me a lot more than I think she will ever know because It makes me feel comfortable knowing I’m not just another patient to her but a physician that listens and treats you like a real human being.

Lindsey Roossien is able to individualize the course of treatment to that most effective for patients’ particular needs. She prescribed a different medicine to best suit my case.

I made a mistake when signing up online for this appointment, thinking I was signing up for a virtual. She was gracious and kind enough to quickly pivot to make that happen for me so that I could receive care in a timely fashion. She also is competent, knowledgeable, and professional.

After apptmt communication is important especially if we are dealing with an unfolding case and results. Text, email, telephone mychart are all acceptable. Time with me was limited. Time to review and call back is limited, maybe by daily patient loads.
