Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr. Roos is hands down the best physician I have ever been a patient of. He genuinely cares about his patients. He clearly prioritizes your wellbeing, physically and mentally, in a manner that is hard to find anywhere, in any profession. I implicitly trust Dr. Roos with my healthcare and could not possibly be happier that he’s my doctor. His nursing staff is amazing as well. Very pleasant, professional and just all around great to deal with.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
I have no complaints whatsoever. As far as I’m concerned, this office is tip top as is.

Dr Roos is amazing compassionate and takes time to talk with me about my health. It is impressive that with the hundreds of patients he sees that he is able to remember details from years ago.

Dr. Roos was perfect in his dealing with my case. He paid attention to what i was saying and answered all questions that i asked. He explained his treatment and why he was doing what he thought necessary. I felt comfortable addressing all concerns i had as i am getting older.

I don’t think anything needs to change. My doctor addressed all of my needs and followed up on my present needs.

Dr. Roos is exceptional. His ability to provide care while listening to my concerns as a patient are perfect. I commend his attention to detail. He has the ability to hear a patient on a deeper level. He doesn’t disregard my concerns nor does he minimize them. This is an amazing quality in a health care professional. I have seen the inverse and do not visit those other offices.

The location and staff are excellent. They are doing an outstanding job. No need to change a great model.
