Staff as a whole were respectful ñ courteous. Even when having initial difficulties getting draws those 2 staff persons expressed genuine concerns. They quickly agreed to n got another nurse i had oreviously wirked with, Lisa, who got the draw. I was later in Lisa section for the infusion n she would check on me n keep me updated as to process. I usually wait about 80 to 90 min. For labs to complete n get my medicine from pharmacy. Wish wait time could be reduced some. I was very comfortable, however, in the infusion room area.

I trust Dr. Luyun explicitly and appreciate that he takes the time to listen to my concerns and explains everything in terms I can understand. He also recognizes the importance of being fully informed about the nuances of every case and finds ways to address individual needs and concerns to the benefit of his patients first and foremost.
