Dr. Potkul was extremely compassionate and knowledgeable. He listened and wasted no time in coming to a conclusion and making a plan. His concern for my situation was very apparent! I highly recommend him!

I was initially referred to this provider for BOTH his excellent surgical skills as well as his compassionate bedside manner. I've found both to be true. However, this visit may not have been necessary had someone answered the initial page. I had to drive an hour each way, pay a copay, as well as pay a parking fee (not able to be validated) all for a very brief visit. Unfortunately, after only a week and a few days, the repair work he did came undone again. I will not try to schedule another visit and repeat losing half a day. I will try to see my PCP ($0 copay and free parking) to do the repair work. I believe I had to wait almost 30-40 minutes as the doctor was behind schedule. The time I spent with him was high caliber.
