Treated with respect always. Seen quickly and efficiently. One thing I think needs to be addressed is the headphones for the hearing test. I'm not sure if they were cleaned before they were given to me but seeing them get out back into the bag without being wiped off makes me think they were not.

I have had a few GPs in my lifetime. Dr. Willoughby is definitely the best one I ever had. He's totally involved with my health keeps on top of what test I need and my medication's. I feel very secure with him as my GP.

Dr. Willoughby is a great doctor, my father sees him, he very thorough, and listens to what you have to say, doesn't rush you out the door and he actually goes over you medical history ?

The office is nice and clean. I don't like the medical information on the TV in the lobby. It's too stressful. HGTV was more relaxing when waiting for the doctor. Good thing I didn't have to wait too long.
