This doctor is a great person; he listens and connects with his patients, he examines them, he doesn't ask questions from afar. I don't know why they took this doctor away from me; I would like to remain his patient.

I've been with Dr. Willoughby for a very long time now and he has always been courteous and involved with my health care and I would trust him and recommend him to family or friends.

The treatment that I received at the office visit was very good from the staffing and the doctor. Everyone knew what needed to be done. The doctor was well attentive and listening to everything and he gave me a chance to talk back, speak whatever I had on my mind and ask me if I have any questions and it was all good.

Coming in I was a little nervous but everybody made me feel so comfortable that I almost forgot what I was getting done. Definitely felt really good going into my procedure.

Dr. Ronald Willoughby has been my primary care provider for many years. He has coached me through a lot of problems that have developed over decades. When he retires, this town will miss a great asset, who has helped keep many going.

Not only am I treated well at my appointment I'm not sitting around waiting for them to call my name. The atmosphere at this location is very nice. I love all the plants. Sometimes I will look up at the tv too. I like visiting with my health care professionals.
