It was wonderful to be seen early not only on time which seldom happens. It was my first time seeing Dr. Krol and he was the perfect balance of efficiency, skill and warmth. Definitely recommend

My wife now uses Dr Krol also and I recommended a good friend to him who has also started using him. But is very thorough and direct but listens to all your questions and don't rush you. The one minor drawback is he sometimes speaks fast but he will repeat something with no issues if you didn't clearly understand.

The wait time was excessive for a scheduled appointment. Originally scheduled for 10:00a......arrived at 9;45 as requested and was seen at 1100a with an empty waiting and reception area for pulmonology. I am baffled how any physician or associated staff could be more than an hour behind within two hours of the opening time for the office.

The only issue was the wait long to see doctor. I do understand because the doctor is very thorough and listen to you never rushing. With that I will continue to see him.

Every time I come to this office, and I've been there, I think almost about three times, everyone is very professional. Even when there was a line to be checked in, they made sure they acknowledged you. And as far as my provider, there is no better doctor than Dr. Krol. I never feel rushed. He talks to me about everything. We go over everything. And even when it's done, he says, is there anything else that we think you might have missed or you want to talk to me about, any questions? So you always feel heard. And that's very important. So he's the best.

Yes, so I had an overall great experience with everybody on the Virtual team, including Dr. Krol. You know, staff was very helpful, answering questions, helping guide me kind of what I need to do as I got there and everything. Yeah, and then Dr. Krol was great, was very, you know, listened to what I had to say, you know, any information I had on medical history or family medical history. He was very, you know, present and seemed like he was definitely listening, which is always appreciated. Yeah, and the plan of action that we took for, you know, next steps was, was great and something that we kind of both discussed. So overall, great experience.

Along with all the scores that I've given before this telling you how I feel, I'm also glad that I'm seen at Dr. Krol's office in a very timely fashion and taken back right away into his office and he sees me pretty much within a really reasonable amount of time and that makes me very happy. As a new patient to this practice you would expect that they would want to verify ID and insurance info. I offered and was told they were not needed. When I got home and looked at my lab slips I saw that my last name was spelled incorrectly and my insurance was inaccurate. I called to have it corrected and was asked to either return or upload the info myself into the portal. I received a text to create a portal account right before the appointment which I tried to do. But without a code you cannot complete. This was an awful patient experience related to the business side of the visit. My first experience with Virtua certainly left me lacking confidence. Thank goodness the doctor is why I want to return.
