Dr krol is an outstanding doctor. He never gives up on me and listens to me and helps me solves problems. If something isn't working for me he finds an alternative. He is very thoughtful and careful My health has improved greatly since I started going to him. Bravo Dr krol!

Dr. Krol was on point with my situation, gave me good information, prescribed a new medicine, which is in fact working very well. I like Dr. Krol. I like the numbers of his practice, and they've in fact treated me very well.

Yes, the doctor ordered me a prescription and I went to pick it up and it had to be approved by my medical provider. And when I was speaking with someone from virtual care, they said they would call me back when they reordered it and I never heard anything. I would appreciate if I called back. Thank you.

I felt immediately at ease with the whole staff. Dr. Krol was kind, comprehensive and professional. He went out of his way to be sure I was able to secure recommended testing and that I was able to have a follow up appointment after testing completed. The office and medical support staff were also efficient and professional.

No one actually came out and saw me or talked to me for over an hour and 45 minutes. No one said anything about having to check in at a front desk. I was in the waiting room. I saw the nurses three times, asked them about when it was my turn, and I sat there and waited and waited until an hour and 45 minutes later, I got all pissy and I got on to talk to the nurse and said, look, I need help.

The nursing staff is exceptionally helpful and kind. Dr Krol is an amazing pulmonologist and I've been his patient for more than ten years. In addition to being the best diagnostician, Dr Krol genuinely cares about me as a patient and listens carefully to what I have to say.
