Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
I have always been respected by the staff, nurses and the doctors. Dr F Roman has been friendly and very professional from the first time I met him after my husband’s open heart surgery in 2012. He is a wonderful person and an outstanding doctor. He’s a keeper! San Mit

The medical staff was amazing, professional, and kind and courteous. I will continue to keep seeing this particular doctor.

The staff and doctors all did a great job. I like going to this facility because of the way that I am treated. I don't feel that I'm being shuffled along like some cattle, but as an individual that has feelings and concerns. They get a thumbs 👍 up from me. Keep doing what you're doing. It's working.

Everything seems to be working great. Cleanliness, work attitude, and a caring staff. If it ain't broke, don't fix it. It all good.

Dr Roman came into the room and I was immediately put at ease. I could not be any happier with Dr Roman, he's wonderful.

Dr Roman remembered that I previously attended the gym regularly and I have gotten off track but he reminded me how important and how I felt about going too. It really helped me start thinking about everything and resuming my gym routine. I would like to thank Dr Roman and his staff for making a difference in my health care.

This visit was as perfect as it could be. Dr. Roman is undoubtedly the kindest and politest, and his way of speaking makes you feel so comfortable that it is unbelievable. I do not have to return

I was reading notes from another physician, and Dr. Ramon explained in detail the medical records and how they impacted me.

Dr. Ramon and his staff are very friendly, courteous, and they just seem to care about their patients

The entire staff was excellent. From the moment walked in I was greeted with warm smiles. Everyone was nice, friendly, helpful, and made sure I was comfortable and my needs were met.

Dr Roman is a professional and caring physician. Listens to my questions and discusses options with me for improving my overall health. Provides recommendations for further research I can do to satisfy my curiosity in understanding of my issues and how I can affect improvement. He is very thorough and quite honest in suggestions I can utilize to better control my diabetes nd weight issues. He clearly understands my successes and struggles.
