My dad has been a type 1 diabetic for 72 years and can no longer complete these surveys by himself but he has been coming to this medical group for care since before Dr. Roman was part of the group. Everyone has always treated my dad so well and with such kindness and respect. Dr. Roman is no different. From the time Dad gets to the office until the time he leaves, everyone is so respectful, speaking directly to him and not looking to my mom or me for answers. My dad’s mind is still good and he leaves BJC of North County with some self worth.

The amount of time I spent in the waiting room was much shorter than previous visits. Very good teamwork between all involved. Well done!

I simply love my doctor. His demeanor is always excellent. He is a wonderful doctor and he seems to really care about me.

Dr Roman was very good. He did cut me off every time I asked a question. But I still had a chance to rephrase my questions..I will make sure that my next visit i will ask it again.

The receptionist, nurses, and most of all Dr Roman is friendly, a good listener and knowledgeable and professional to me as a new patient. I liked that my husband was invited in the room during my ultrasound. We both were able to ask questions after the procedure. Dr Roman did not rush or appeared impatient.

Dr Roman has a good bedside manner, and really took the time to explain things and included me in decision making in regards to my care and treatment plan. Very good listener

Dr Roman always goes beyond the basic, he did a foot examination on both feet. discussed my meds & what changes Incan make, he also thought I should be a bone density & helped to decide where & how to be it where it would be the most convenient for me. He is a wonderful Doctor.

Everyone was great! All my questions and concerns were answered. Dr. Roman and his nurses showed me how to use my phone to help monitor my progress. He showed me things I didn't know my phone could do. Every visit with him I feel like I have received the care that I can get!

Dr Roman is extraordinary. I have been his patient for many years. No one has tried harder than Dr Roman and his PA . They go above and beyond for me with my diabetes. I would not have made it without them.
