Very satisfying visit. Staff were friendly professional. Doctor spent time listening to my questions and concerns. He explained my treatment plan in layman's terms.

Dr was a joke. Obviously did not care. Wanted to be in and out brushed off my concerns. Told me a story about he referred someone else and UPenn and they emailed him a mean letter saying not to do it. So now he won't anymore for my condition. Terrible Dr, will spread the word how bad that location is. Will never recommend. He is the ideal virtua employee considering how terrible your company has become. It's known that virtua is all about money and nothing more. It shows in your drs.

I'm a patient of Dr. [REDACTED] who knows my history. When I called him for a sick visit, I saw Dr. Malik who dismissed my symptoms, which I did not appreciate, and I had to have another appointment with Dr. [REDACTED]. I waited for someone to call me back. They never did. I called in on the following Friday. The person asked me, did I call my primary care doctor? If I'm chronic asthmatic and I call my specialist for a reason, why would I call my primary care doctor? And I was told I would not be able to see my regular doctor and I called back for another appointment and I was grateful to see Dr. [REDACTED] who was able to help me feel better, giving me the right medicine that I needed. I'm not sure what goes on when you call in, but I was considering even leaving the practice until I got to see Dr. Malik again.

Dr. Malik explained using oxygen in detail. He was very earnest in his instructions and repeated and gave examples so I received his instructions well.

I appreciate it, knowing the seriousness of my situation, I really thought it was not a big deal, but the doctor helped me to appreciate that. It actually was a big deal and what different areas of my health would be affected due to my sleep apnea.

Dr Rohit Malik is a true professional and a caring Doctor . He listens to you and gives you the facts plus he makes suggestions to best fit your needs taking into consideration all of your unique factors . He is patient, he is approacable and easy to talk to. Highly recommend

The facility is clean, new and neat. However the signage to direct new patients to the entrance off Route 130 is very poor making it a bit of a challenge to find the front door. I would suggest a larger more visible sign be installed.

Leading up to this follow up appointment, I had called to reschedule. As it turned out, the person that gave me that appt never entered it into the system nor did she remove me from original appt, which led me to have notes in my chart that I was a no show. However, this is the first issue I've had with this office. All other experiences were excellent.

Trouble with cpap and because the settings looked ok, he told me it was in my head and to just wear it. He spent 7 minutes with me at the appt.

I would highly recommend anyone including my family to the pulmonology department if they needed so they were very professional personable. in fact, my chart did not catch my appointment when I arrived. It wasn't in the system. They were so good about it. They squeezed me in at 3 o'clock. A great team there!!!
