Needs to explain condition in layman terms and OFFER more basic info without patient having to probe so much. Was not very personable and didn't feel they were really engaged with interchange

The NP Kathy Rogien was honest and supportive. I need to lose weight for my health and she talked about it in a kind manner. Most people avoid it but she didn’t. I appreciated it a great deal.
