Dr. Chen takes the time to ensure all concerns and questions are fully addressed. He provides information and answers questions very clearly and thoroughly. He and his staff are very courteous and friendly. The quality of care is outstanding.

He was fine in the office at initial visit but other necessary communication fell through and I was on my own to inquire.

Dr. Chen exemplifies excellent physician-patient relationship with increased value in the time spent with me. He is consistently thorough in his explanations whether he is describing lab results and their significance or reviewing the plan of treatment. This allows for complete understanding by the patient.

Dr Chen has been my primary care physician for many many years. I'm very thankful and blessed to have him.As a physician, he is very concerned about any issues that I have.He assists with trying to find solutions to help me.And it is like a family practice.And I truly am thankful to be a patient within the network.

I feel Dr. Chen is very busy and doesn’t have appropriate time to inquire about wellbeing or review past events to follow up. I feel he is a good practitioner, just unable to engage past the moment of each visit.

Dr. Chen is the absolute best doctor I have ever encountered. His knowledge, patience, kindness and care are unmatched. I always appreciate his ideas for treatment and he is a great listener, taking into account my comfort level with minimizing medications.

Dr. Chen is extraordinary! True professional that takes time to read notes and understand what has transpired with his patient's history before coming in the room. Which is refreshing as many practitioners do not, they inform themselves in the appointment. Dr. Chen has always been prepared, concerned, and asks great follow up questions. He has my trust.

Care was thorough, clear and UNHURRIED. Which explained why we had started later than the scheduled appointment time. The receptionist had stated that Dr. Chen "was running late."
