Dr Chen is always kind and listens to my concerns. He gives the impression that he would sit and chat for an hour!....which of course he CAN'T. But he spends a lot of time with me, explaining things clearly, and is always respectful and kind.

Dr. Chen exemplifies excellent physician-patient relationship with increased value in the time spent with me. Dr. Chen is extraordinary! True professional that takes time to read notes and understand what has transpired with his patient's history before coming in the room. Which is refreshing as many practitioners do not, they inform themselves in the appointment. Dr. Chen has always been prepared, concerned, and asks great follow up questions. He has my trust.
