Dr. Roesler listens to what I have to say and is personable. I don't have a lot of experience with him at this time, but over time hopefully I'll get to know him better.
It seems Franciscan has gone through quite a bit of staff change and I think it would be better for patient doctor relations if employee retention were better.

As he gets more patients this may change but he spends time answering my questions and makes me feel heard (Dr Rieser was like that for 20+ years). He approaches it as a team effort and asks if his recommendations sound ok to me.
