Dr Frankel always explains things in great detail and always gives a respectful handshake when you arrive and leave. It feels like he wants his patients to know everything they need to know and that he cares for them.

It was the most comprehensive exam I have ever had. The Doctor was very nice, explaining all tests and treatments thoughrely in language and terms easy for me to understand. All my questions were answered and all medications I was prescribed were extensively discussed with signs and symptoms I needed to be aware of and when to seek further treatment.

He was very Frank. He told me what my condition was and then he let me know to come back and see him in a year, so that let me know my eyesight was doing OK. They lifted my spirit. May God continue to bless the entire staff.!

Dr. Frankel did a thorough and comprehensive exam, he explained in detail how another diagnosis I recently received could potentially complicate or effect my eyesight. I am grateful for his expertise and explanation of everything during my exam.

He is very knowledgeable about the eye, and my glaucoma. I appreciate that he and his staff go above and beyond to get accurate results from testing.
I also appreciate his willingness to take me off of a medicine once he believes it isn't necessary any longer.

He has been exceptional to me and my brother who is also a patient of his. When he was informed his eye had to be removed, Dr Frankel sat with him after the office closed until he went to the ER for a treatment before his surgery a week later. He’s a very understanding doctor.
