He is very knowledgeable about the eye, and my glaucoma. I appreciate that he and his staff go above and beyond to get accurate results from testing.
I also appreciate his willingness to take me off of a medicine once he believes it isn't necessary any longer.

He has been exceptional to me and my brother who is also a patient of his. When he was informed his eye had to be removed, Dr Frankel sat with him after the office closed until he went to the ER for a treatment before his surgery a week later. He’s a very understanding doctor.

Dr. Frankel has all of the qualities everyone prays to find in every provider. He is very kind, listened patiently to all of my concerns, explain about he saw in the back of my eyes in a caring gentle manner which helped me become less fearful, and I could tell thar he truly cares about his patients. I no longer have a voice and worked to understand everything I was saying. He is a true professional doing a very demanding job in a difficult career..
