The appointments always feel rushed and it feels like I can’t take the time to ask my questions fully without feeling like I’m being rushed. I have to calll and beg for my test results otherwise I do not receive them in a timely manner. I have requested multiple time to be called with my results and they still chose to message me through MyChart instead. I am currently waiting on test results for two weeks now. I have sent multiple messages and have had my results faxed over multiple times. I feel like just a number to this doctor and not an actual patient

Late: felt rushed, so much discussed so quickly in a short period of time (15 minutes? 20 minutes tops.), had to ask for a review of what was discussed, timing before she rushed out of the room.

My last endocrnologist with Loyola did not spend any time with me and never physically touched me to examine my thyroid. This experience was very different and the provider did a thorough exam and explained the followup
