It would be great if Dedicated patients had access to our records. Also it would be helpful if the discharge paperwork had a summary of the visit. Example: weight, bp, purpose/reason for the visit, recommendations and next appointment just to name a few

Dr. Fulton is attentive and highly knowledgeable. She gives her patients time to explain their physical ailments, and she genuinely cares. She does not treat you like your complaints are baseless. She helps you to explore all avenues of your care. Dr. Fulton is AWESOME!!
