The NP explained my numbers to me & I really understood the importance of the cpap.Ialways knew the importance , but to see my numbers from 2018 & my numbers now really made be thankful to be a patient of & that I have a Cpap

Mikayla is obviously very knowledgeable and i have great trust in her expertise and medical judgment, but seemed to offer just the minimum explanation-- there wasn't really any extra context to explain the issues. It can help a patient at ease to offer a little background to help them understand.

It is refreshing for medical staff to listen to the changes you’re making with your health for yourself and providing positive feedback. They are testing me to see if I still need to wear a CPAP machine since I’ve lost a considerable amount of weight and my events an hour are lower.

She was very friendly, has a very good spirit that can turn a negative situation into a positive one. Her humor enlightened the room immediately she walked into the room. They were helpful I forgot my credentials debit card insurance someone turned them in and a very concerned helpful desk staff called to come and retrieve ! That was so thoughtful and I’m very grateful to her and the person that turned it in , may God bless them both
