I am not living in Maryland. Doctor Jennifer Robinson has been my doctor almost 10 years. I keep coming back because she's very understanding. I look forward every year to visit with her. She makes me feel very comfortable she gives me time to explain myself while she patiently listened to all my concerns. Then she Explained each one accurately and make sure my needs are met.

The provider explained everything to me about my procedure where I could clearly understand. She ask me did I have any questions, and I did, she answered and made me feel comfortable about my visit that day.

Very thorough in explaining everything and future possible outcomes. Compassionate and respectful - She remembers who you are and is a great historian in regards to prior history so it's very easy to communicate and makes the process smoother - as a patient it's a calmer experience. Bedside manner does matter when a doctor is touching a patient's body- she has built a level of trust and safety which gives me confidence in her abilities to do what's in my best interest.
