The staff was friendly and professional. Dr. Beck was very thorough in her assessment of what I needed to do going forward with my health. It was nice having a doctor who cares.for her patients.

Easy to get to location and a great bunch of people working there, who were very friendly. Dr Beck, really seemed to care, and listened to what we had to say. So many Dr offices these days do not, so that was very refreshing, after some of my husbands recent medical encounters with another medical facility.

From the moment I walked through the front door to when I walked out, every staff member was professional in their greetings and very welcoming. Dr. Beck was exceptionally knowledgeable about all of my questions and concerns and yet kept her answers as conversational and helpful.

As a new patient, I was very impressed with the amount of time the staff and Dr. Beck took with me. They listened to my complex medical history which was very important to me. While in the office I was able to get a vaccine and can get blood work in their office when needed. It is great to be able to get in office labs and not have to schedule an additional appointment at another location. I see a variety of specialists and its good to know that they are all available in the Baptist healthcare System.
Together we are working on a plan to reduce some of the medication I am taking. My previous primary care physician had made no suggestions for changing or reducing my medications in over 5 years. I feel very confident that I have made a good choice and would recommend Dr. Beck to anyone looking who cares about their health care.

I love Dr Robin Beck. She is extremely professional and knowledgeable . If I told you Dr Beck was thorough. That would be an understatement.
She takes her time to understand each issue that’s being addressed to her. Most of all she treats you by listening to you and asking questions.

This is the first time in my life that I had a Doctor Who sat and listened to me. Dr. Beck appears to have a wonderful memory. She discussed many options for the pills I am taking and how to get the most out of what I’m using. I have referred at least five people to her practice and they are all very happy that Dr. Beck is now their doctor too.
