The entire health care team upon our arrival demonstrated excellent communcation skills and a friendly welcome as we were new patients. Observing other patients upon arrival and how they were received was impressive since that caring attitude the team members demonstrated gives each patient a positive experience leading to a good outcome. Having had a 40+ year career in health care you know and have learned what excellence looks like when you see or experience it during a visit. I believe anyone who is is eligible to become a new patient at the AgeWell Center for Senior Health will be able to validate my experience as also being one of their own to remember. The perception of quality begins upon entry into the office and how you are treated. The personal attention and welcome that my wife and I received on entry was outstanding and we shared that feeling to the employee. The ability to become part of the inner team circle and taking part in the decision making process for my self directed wellness is appreciated. I was most impressed by Robin Beck, MD who was to be our assigned physician. More than being a Board Certified Geriatrician was her ability to communicate as a professional and to listen and interact with my concerns and needs for personal wellness with Baptist AgeWell. KUDOs to the entire Team.

Every person working there that I encountered was professional and kind. I was made to feel part of a team regarding my health and wellbeing rather than simply a patient dictated to by a doctor. Dr. Beck took her time to listen to me; as we age it is appreciated when others still hear us.
As a side note, if you were ever in the building when it was Beaches Dermatology, you may notice that it no longer feels dark inside. The office is very light and welcoming.

We are so happy to be part of the Baptist Age Well family. From the very beginning, being greeted by Dianna, we never doubted this was so special. Whoever hired the receptionist was one of the smartest office managers I've run across. She (Robin?) has the perfect personality to greet people. I hope you know this and will keep her as long as she wishes work.
There is something called the "Duschene" smile. It is when one smiles with their eye muscles as well as their mouths, indicating true please as opposed to a forced one for social reasons. Your receptionist has that, and it is rare in an office setting.

The two hour visit on our first visit was very informative. Liked that our records from Baptist were at their fingertips! Receptionist was excellent and made us feel very comfortable.

The front office personnel who are so patient, kind and helpful, I also really respect Dr Beck, she listens, take your concerns seriously and talks to you with sincerity and respect. She doesn't rush you through appointment and is very thorough. She takes the time to get to know you. We feel lucky to have found her.
