Dr. Ashinoff is an excellent doctor but busy. I had to wait about two months for a consultation. I was very happy with her office staff; they are very professional and helpful.

I was scheduled for a procedure but was told by the doctor no procedure was scheduled, this visit was to discuss procedures. There was a mix up between the doctor and office. The office scheduled a follow up visit 2 weeks later and this should be canceled , but I am receiving reminders of my 2 week follow up visit.

I was early for my appointment but was taken early. The staff were all excellent; personable, informative and helpful. At no time did I feel uncomfortable with Dr. Ashinoff or her staff. Everyone was very patient with my numerous questions about the procedures prior to the surgery and the surgery itself.

She started with an incredibly outrageous and inappropriate comment about my last name. It only got worse from there. I should've walked out immediately, but I was so stunned, I stayed. I canceled any follow up appointments.
